Majaz Mall is one of the most significant projects undertaken by Gulf Property Development . Currently, efforts are underway to prepare the educational city axis for connection to the central axis via a bridge, transforming this area into a major hub. The mall is conveniently located near key landmarks such as the new campus of Cairo University, the eastern expansions of the axis, Nile University, Zewail University, and several sports clubs including Wadi Degla Club, Gezira Club, and Palm Hills Club. - Majaz Medical Center:

This project comprises several medical clinics covering all specialties. The company managed all design work, electromechanical installations, finishing, interior decorations, lighting, as well as complete furnishing and equipment to make the project operational.



- Administrative Offices Building for Regus:

This project is a complex of administrative offices of various sizes, utilized separately and managed online by the global company Regus through pre-booking for meetings and other purposes. The company reviewed the designs provided by Regus, coordinated all work items, and ensured compliance. The project included electromechanical works, finishing, decorations, and complete furnishing for immediate operation.



- Parking Facilities:

The project covered an area of 25,000 square meters, including all parking facilities, electromechanical works, ceiling and floor finishes, and partitions. It also involved the division of parking areas and the installation of control systems for vehicle entry, exit, and waiting periods.
